1. Acceptance of Terms & Binding Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the GiwaMaps platform, accessible via https://giwamaps.com, associated subdomains, application programming interfaces (APIs), or mobile client applications (collectively, the “Platform” or “Service”).

By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or connecting any digital wallet or interface to the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Architecture & Service Description

GiwaMaps is a visual on-chain analytics and blockchain intelligence infrastructure. The Platform aggregates, indexes, and visually arranges publicly broadcasted ledger information from decentralized blockchain networks, including but not limited to Ethereum, TON (The Open Network), Base, BNB Chain (BSC), Arbitrum, Polygon, and Robinhood Chain.

The Platform provides users with:

• Visual Cluster Topology: Algorithmic Disjoint Set Union (DSU) clustering that maps funding origins, contract deployer lines, sniper rings, and top holder wallet concentrations.
• Market & Liquidity Metrics: Real-time indexing of decentralized exchange (DEX) liquidity pools, token exchange rates, and transaction volume sourced from third-party decentralized feeds.
• On-Chain Forensic Tools: Wallet inspector utilities detailing historical transfer directions, counterparty relationships, and cluster decentralization metrics.

3. Non-Custodial & Non-Financial Disclaimer

Digital assets and cryptocurrencies are volatile, speculative instruments subject to market risk, code vulnerabilities, illiquidity, and total capital loss. GiwaMaps does not endorse, recommend, or audit the security, legitimacy, or solvency of any token, smart contract, or project displayed on the Platform. You assume full and exclusive responsibility for any trades, swaps, or transactions you execute on third-party platforms.

GiwaMaps is strictly non-custodial. We do not hold, possess, control, or transmit any user private keys, passphrases, or digital assets.

4. User Eligibility & Representations

By accessing or utilizing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any sanctioned country or territory under applicable international economic sanctions or embargoes.
• You will not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, illicit market operations, cyber attacks, or any illegal purpose under your local, national, or international law.
• You have sufficient technical knowledge to understand the operation of distributed ledgers, smart contracts, and cryptographic tokens.

5. On-Chain Data Integrity & External Dependencies

All visual graphs, token valuations, liquidity reserves, and wallet histories presented on the Platform are derived from external public decentralized networks and third-party APIs (including public RPC nodes, DexScreener, Blockscout, and TonAPI).

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Blockchain networks are subject to reorganizations, transaction drops, delays, and state variances outside our control.
• Cluster detection algorithms operate on mathematical graph heuristics. While engineered for precision, wallet clusters may not capture complex off-chain agreements, multi-signature arrangements, or privacy routing layers.
• Third-party APIs may experience latency, rate limits, or downtime without notice, causing visual updates to be temporarily delayed.

6. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All trademarks, logos, brand names (“GiwaMaps”, “GIWAMAPS”), custom graphics, physics simulation engines, user interface layouts, software code, and styling tokens are the intellectual property of GiwaMaps.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view the Platform for personal, educational, or internal analytical purposes. You may screenshot, download, and share GiwaMaps visualizations on social media or research publications, provided that attribution to GiwaMaps (giwamaps.com) is visibly maintained.

7. Prohibited Activities & Security

You agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following activities:

• Deploying automated scraping bots, crawlers, or flood scripts that overburden our servers, API routes, or databases.
• Circumventing, tampering with, or attempting to breach any security, rate-limiting, or Cloudflare protection mechanism.
• Impersonating GiwaMaps or representing that any third-party project is officially affiliated with, audited by, or endorsed by GiwaMaps.
• Attempting to inject malicious scripts, SQL payloads, or exploits into our serverless endpoints or database drivers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIWAMAPS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GIWAMAPS, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF CAPITAL, TOKENS, PROFITS, DATA, OR USE), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GiwaMaps, its officers, directors, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” timestamp. Continued access to the Platform after revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial law principles. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
